Prevention

Flea & Tick Policy

All pets must be on flea and tick prevention. Please do not treat pets with topical flea and tick prevention 24 hours prior to their appointments. We can provide a topical flea treatment after the service.

If fleas are found during your grooming session an additional $20+ fee will be added for flea & tick shampoo. There also be another $50 cleanup fee added onto the service if there's an infestation.

These fees are subject to change and are non-negotiable.

General Information

Gated Communities

We come to you in a state of the art mobile salon. Please ensure there is an adequate parking spot. All grooming is completed in the mobile unit either in your driveway or curbside. Head to Toe Mobile is licensed and insured in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Gated Communities

Please ensure that your scheduled date and time is approved by your HOA. If upon arrival Head to Toe Mobile Grooming is turned away at the gate there will be a 50% charge which will not be applied to your next grooming appointment.
